Who We Are
Patty Ramus, EA, has over twenty years of tax and accounting experience. Patty's passion is working with sole proprietors, small businesses, and real estate investors. She uses the QuickBooks ecosystem to provide software, tools, and training to run your business efficiently. When she is not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters and grandchildren, especially at her cabin near Lassen National Forest.
Jessica Cooper, CPA, enjoys working with taxpayers to make sure they receive the best tax outcome allowable by law. She loves to provide tax planning, advice, and help to her clients as they navigate the best path through the tax laws. Jessica enjoys sending time with her husband and chasing after their two daughters.
Mel Kysh, EA, has been in tax practice for over forty-five years. Since semi-retiring, he has been helping RCG CPA & Advisors clients with their tax work. When not doing taxes, he enjoys skiing, climbing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Gezil Karkar, CTEC, has been a bookkeeper and tax preparer for over 35 years. She is CTEC certified and bonded, and QBO certified. When Gezil is not working, she likes to spend time with her two grown daughters and their spouses, traveling, reading, and doing cross stitch and needlepoint.
Christa Prill has been with our office as our Project Coordinator since 2020. She handles much of our back-office work with our business clients, overseeing client billing and communications. She is also QBO certified and assists with bookkeeping for some of our business clients. She values her faith, her husband and three sons, her friends, and spending time out in nature.
Shaney Engle is our Office Administrator and Tax Processor. She brings laughter and thoughtful organization to our office. When she is not busy in the office, you'll find Shaney either hanging out with her family or capturing portraits with her camera. She loves water sports, spending time outside, and her morning Starbucks coffee.
